Videos /Main/

Since summer 1999 I've been shooting short amateur videos with friends of mine, they are always parodic but unfortunately only few are funny. Anyway, we always try to improve and in the course of the time I could frankly say we get our own style now.

I put on this page what I think to be our best movies but if you're interested to watch more videos just click here. I had to make a choice 'cause we now reach almost 40 videos that's why I'm not able to provide the whole package.

We started shooting with a very small video camera, a Sony HI-8 and doing the montage with Abode Premiere. Then we moved to Ulead Media Studio Pro 6 which represented quite a big change for us. The second step was overcome in Summer 2002 when Felchi bought a Sony PD-150. From that moment on we started to write dialogues incorporating more than 2 sentences;) and to deeply prepare our shoots.

The result was the release in summer 2003 of our first real short film "Retour Vers Le Futur Proche" (Back To A Near Future), a pastiche of the stunning Bob Zemeckis' Back To The Future. For this video we totally customized my car -a Citroen AX- in order to make it as real as possible, and I think the illusion is so perfect that you'll probably not see any difference with the DeLorean. You can trust me, it was a lot of fun doing that and apparently the audience seems to appreciate it as well... what about you?!

A year after that, in summer 2004, and after having dithered during at least one month we finally decided to parody a famous TV show back from our childhood with The A-TEAM. And as it became a habit for us, we customized my car again into a kind of ...military tank! Besides we created all the machine-guns, a bazooka and a grenade with pieces of wood and plastic. We became masters in the creation of accessories for our movies.

All the videos are in MPEG-1 format, that basically means that you can watch them even on the most archaic videoplayer, you do not need any additionnal plugins or codecs or whatever else. Subtitles in .srt format are provided too. Feel free to make subtitle in your own language and to send it back to me, I'll put it into this section. Thanks to everyone who contributes to these subtitles.
